sql server clustering : How can I convert a Julian (1970) time value to a standard date

Hello all,
Could any one here help me in converting a Julian date (1970) into a
standard date and time using vb6.0?

For example, ( Julian date ) 11659 = ( converted standard date ) 03/12/2001
