Where can i find enhancements made to SQL 2008 clustering ? I heard that we
could now run SQL patches without taking the entire cluster offline as part
of the new feature. Is that true ? If so, where can i read more ?

My impression is that a lot of clustering improvement will be a direct result
of the clustering enhancements in Windows. There are a number of webcasts or
recorded conference sessions on Windows 2008 clustering enhancements. For
instance, take a look at
http://msevents.microsoft.com/cui/WebCastEventDetails.aspx?EventID=1032345480&EventCategory=4&culture=en-US&CountryCode=US
and
http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/D/C/4DCDB590-AE06-45DA-A560-3AC671927662/teched_longhorn_failover_clustering.ppt.

One of the program managers for install and clustering had some cool demo
stuff in the SQL Lounge at PASS. Look for a new blog post summarizing what
they are working on.
