AFAIK there is GoLive license for asp.net beta 2.

Dont use a beta in a live environment...ever.
Not to mention the fact that it may not be legal.

From what I could gather from that though you need express permission
(signature) from an MS rep for this. It's all a little fuzzy...
The legality issue was more of an "in general" response as opposed to
specifically VS05/.Net2......

Still say it's never a good idea to use a beta for production.... the
first thing any support person is going to tell you to do is upgrade to
the full release version, and we know how well beta's love to be
upgraded.....
